Destruct-O-Tron finally confronted his sister, Destruct-O-Bot, and spilled his guts about his problems. But it's unclear if Bot even gives two shits about all his issues. (I'm leaning towards "NO.")
Ya know what I think is worth mentioning? Yesterday we learned Destruct-O-Tron's real name!!! Well, his first name, at least. It's Todd. (And Destruct-O-Bot's name is Beth, natch.)

At Mind's Eye's insistence, Destruct-O-Tron has contacted his sister and invited her over so he can begin his journey down the long, hard road to emotional recovery.
Astute Super Haters readers may have noticed that this comic strip references something first mentioned in Super Haters #37. Click on the link to find out the reference I'm talking about (if you don't already know it, that is!).

After Mind's Eye nagged Destruct-O-Tron for two straight comic strips to start dealing with his issues, he finally decided to listen.
One of Justique's first ideas for Super Haters was a Destruct-O-Tron family reunion. I think that's a fantastic idea! I'm also very lazy, and making the characters you see in Super Haters takes way longer than you'd think. So we reached a compromise -- a mini Destruct-O-Family reunion, featuring his older sister... whose name shall remain a mystery until #61!!!

Destruct-O-Tron's been stressing about some childhood issues lately, and Mind's Eye nagged him until he agreed to call his sister. Only problem is, he's not 100% sure he has the right phone number...
Justique came up with the phone call scenario for this story arc (and this strip), and I'm really glad she did because just looking at Destruct-O-Tron with his taped on Bluetooth headset makes me want to laugh.

On a Super-Haters-unrelated but Nick-and-Justique-related note, Time Log #25 is up today so go read it!!!
Destruct-O-Tron and Mind's Eye exploded, right? WRONG. Mulldusa and The Living Bling? SuperGyros.com and a talking skeleton? Me pissing on a cactus? All part of Destruct-O-Tron's bad dream.
And after all that craziness, our orange armored hero has some issues bubbling to the surface...
OMG!!! WE FINALLY MADE IT!!! See, back in November 2010, I had a bold idea -- take Super Haters daily on its own blog. I originally ran 64 installments of the Haters on the AudioShocker, so I figured I'd start with those... and then begin posting BRAND NEW content on Groundhog's Day 2011 (Groundhog's Day being my favorite holiday and my lucky day and all).
I asked my lovely girlfriend, Justique Woolridge, to co-write the new Super Haters. She said yes, and so we got to work. Now, nearly three months later, we're here debuting over very first NEW Super Haters comic strip.
Look, I'm not gonna sit here and claim that #57 is going to knock your socks clean off, but I can promise you that we have some pretty hilarious hijinks in store. So stick with us and get ready for one ridiculous ride!!!
