In the present, Mind's Eye mourns the loss of her daughter. In the future, that daughter is kicking ass.
There comes a time in every webcomicker's life when the buffer is gone. For me, that time is now. So I'm working day-to-day on this Quacked Up story arc and I just made a crazy decision this morning -- fuck the plot, I'm going rogue!!
I'll be totally transparent with you here and let you in on a secret: I don't have an ending to this story arc! I've had a few different ideas, but nothing has snagged me yet.
So without any dialogue pre-written or the course of this tale completely mapped out, it was easy for me to diverge from my loose plans and run with something completely different today. Problem is, I've totally jumped the shark with the third panel. I think I know how it's gonna work out, but I'm not sure!!
Anyway, I hope you're enjoying the ride regardless of the fact that the driver is lost.
Oh, and before I split for the day, here's a link to yesterday's A Podcast with Ross and Nick. It's part X-Men review, part webcomics spotlight on Vacant, and part NYCC 2012 recap.

I like it welcome to the shark jumping club.
Oh so you bring this little girl back based on one fan's suggestion but won't kill her off based on another's. That's hate. See what I did there...hate...Super Haters. Yeahhhh.
I like were this is going!

@Jason: Thx!
